A HIPSsoEASY pack contains all the required items and complies with Government legislation.

Every HIP must now contain a Property Information Questionnaire (PIQ) that must be completed by the sellers
Sellers should complete the form themselves giving answers that are truthful and accurate to the best of their knowledge.
