You can order your Home Information Pack or stand-alone Energy Performance Certificate here.
For properties with up to and including 5 bedrooms, please follow the 3-step HIPsoEASY ordering process below.
For properties with more than 5 bedrooms or for commercial EPC, request a quote by completing the enquiry form here.
Step 1 - You will need to register your details and choose for yourself a user name and password. This will, also, enable you to download your Home Information Pack and/or Energy Performance Certificate when completed.
Step 2 - We will ask you for some simple information about your property.
Step 3 - Make payment using Google Checkout™
Then HIPsoEASY will:
- Contact you to arrange a visit by our friendly Energy Assessor.
- Within 2 working days, post to you the formal confirmation of your HIP order. You will require this before your begin to market your property.
- Complete the HIP/EPC. This will normally take 7 - 14 days.
